Responsible Gaming

We are committed to keeping betting activity safe, transparent, and within the limits chosen by each player. This Policy explains the tools, safeguards, and sources of assistance available to help players use our services as planned, as a form of entertainment, and to reduce the risk of gambling-related harm.

Make sure you are in control

Betting should remain a leisure activity, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. For some people, gambling can become difficult to control and may cause emotional, social, or financial harm. We encourage every player to regularly assess their behaviour and seek support as early as possible if betting is no longer enjoyable or manageable.

If you are worried that gambling may be affecting your life, consider the questions below and, where helpful, complete the Gamblers Anonymous self-assessment available at https://gamblersanonymous.org/20-questions/:

1. Have you ever thought that you should reduce the amount of time or money you spend on gambling?

2. Have comments or criticism from other people about your gambling ever made you feel irritated or defensive?

3. Have you experienced guilt about your gambling behaviour?

4. Have you felt regret or distress after gambling?

5. Have you ever gambled first thing in the morning, or soon after a loss, to calm yourself or try to recover money?

Understanding your answers:

• 0 “Yes” answers: the indicators suggest a low risk of gambling-related problems.

• 1 “Yes” answer: there may be a moderate level of risk, and a further review of your behaviour may be useful.

• 2 or more “Yes” answers: the indicators suggest a higher risk, and we strongly recommend seeking professional advice or support.

Protecting Vulnerable Players

We aim to provide an environment in which betting can be used safely by eligible adults. Some players may require additional protection because of their age, personal circumstances, or betting behaviour, and we take steps to identify and support such players.

For the purposes of this Policy, a vulnerable player may include someone who:

• is below the age of 18;

• believes that they are no longer able to control their gambling;

• has asked to stop gambling, requested exclusion, or has previously been restricted from using betting services;

• is experiencing severe financial pressure, insolvency, or bankruptcy.

If any of these circumstances apply to you, please contact us at [email protected].

Before applying certain restrictions or support measures, we may request reasonable documentation or additional information. Any such request will be treated carefully, respectfully, and in line with applicable privacy requirements.

We may also use internal monitoring and risk-detection tools to identify behaviour that could indicate loss of control or potential harm. Where appropriate, we may contact the player, provide information about safer gambling tools, or take protective action. We continue to improve our processes for recognising risk and supporting vulnerable players.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is available to players who need to stop gambling for a defined period or permanently. When self-exclusion is applied, the player voluntarily blocks access to the account and cannot participate in betting activity for the selected duration.

Available self-exclusion periods are:

• 1 year

• 3 years

• 5 years

• 10 years

• Lifetime, meaning permanent exclusion

Activation of Self-Exclusion

You can activate self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. After the request is activated, the account will be locked and access will remain unavailable until the selected period expires. During self-exclusion, we will not send you promotional communications or marketing notifications.

To request account reactivation after the exclusion period has ended, you must submit a written request. Before restoring access, we may remind you of the safer gambling tools available and encourage you to complete a self-assessment so that the decision is made carefully.

A self-exclusion period cannot be cancelled or shortened once it has started. Lifetime self-exclusion is final and cannot be reversed.

Self-exclusion is intended to help players regain control and prevent further gambling-related harm. Choosing to step away from betting, either temporarily or permanently, is an important protective measure when gambling has stopped being a safe form of entertainment.

Cooling-Off

A cooling-off period is a short-term break that gives you time away from betting. While the cooling-off period is active, you will not be able to place bets or make deposits into your account.

Cooling-off periods available:

• 24 hours

• 7 days

• 1 month

• 3 months

You can start a cooling-off period directly from your account settings. The restriction is applied automatically and takes effect immediately. During this time, betting activity, including deposits and bet placement, will be unavailable. Early cancellation is not possible, and the selected period must expire before access can resume.

Cooling-off is designed as a temporary pause. It allows players to reflect on their gambling behaviour and make a considered decision before returning to the platform. When the selected period ends, the account may be used again without any additional action, unless other restrictions apply.

Deposit Limits

Setting limits is one of the most practical ways to keep betting within a chosen budget. We provide tools that allow you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits so that you can decide in advance how much you are prepared to spend.

Deposit limits can be created or changed in your account. A request to reduce a limit is applied immediately. A request to increase a limit will only take effect after a 24-hour waiting period, giving you time to reconsider the change before it becomes active.

Gambling addiction treatment

GambleAware provides confidential information, guidance, and support resources for people affected by gambling-related harm. Its work focuses on education, prevention, treatment, and reducing gambling-related risks.

GamCare is a UK-based organisation offering counselling, advice, and practical support for people affected by gambling. Information is available at www.gamcare.org.uk, and its confidential helpline can be reached at 0845 6000 133. Players outside the UK may contact GamCare for information about support organisations in other jurisdictions.

Gamblers Anonymous is an international fellowship that uses a 12-step recovery programme for people who want to stop compulsive gambling. Meetings are available in many countries, and members support one another through shared experience.

Gambling Therapy offers online support and counselling for people negatively affected by gambling. Its services are available in Great Britain and internationally, and information can be found at www.gamblingtherapy.org.

Internet access restrictions

Persons below the legal gambling age are not permitted to use our betting services. We may request proof of age from any registered user at any time and may suspend the account until satisfactory documentation is provided. If we confirm that a user has breached the age restrictions, the account may be frozen and winnings may be forfeited.

To support compliance with age restrictions, we apply the following measures:

• during registration, users are clearly informed that the services are not available to underage individuals;

• when creating an account, users must provide their date of birth and may be required to submit documents confirming that they are legally eligible to bet;

• marketing and promotional materials are intended only for individuals who are legally allowed to gamble. Any attempt to target underage users is contrary to this Policy.

Filtering and blocking software can help prevent access to betting websites. If your device is shared with minors, with people who are not legally allowed to register or bet, or with someone who has chosen self-exclusion, we recommend considering parental control or blocking solutions such as:

• Net Nanny: www.netnanny.com

• CyberPatrol: www.cyberpatrol.com

• GamBlock: www.gamblock.com

If we identify a person under 18 using the site, winnings may be forfeited, relevant funds may be frozen, and deposits made by a minor may be returned where appropriate. We may also notify the competent authority or relevant institution if required.

Helpful Hints For Responsible Gambling

Before placing bets, we recommend keeping the following principles in mind so that gambling remains enjoyable and does not negatively affect other areas of your life:

Set a deposit limit

Decide in advance how much you can afford to spend based on your personal financial circumstances. Only use money that you have allocated for entertainment.

Do not chase losses

Avoid increasing your stakes or taking unnecessary risks in an attempt to recover previous losses. Betting should not be treated as a source of income.

Set a time limit

Choose how long you want to spend betting and stop when that time has passed. Gambling should remain balanced with other interests and responsibilities.

Bet only when you can make clear decisions

Do not gamble when you are highly stressed, depressed, under pressure, or affected by medication, drugs, or alcohol.

Take regular breaks

Pause your activity if you feel tired, distracted, emotional, or unable to concentrate.

Use only one account

Maintaining a single account helps you keep a clearer overview of the time and money you spend on gambling. Creating multiple accounts may reduce your ability to monitor your activity and may breach our rules.

Please note that if we determine that you do not meet the applicable age requirements, winnings may be forfeited. Funds may be frozen, deposits made by a minor may be returned where appropriate, and the matter may be reported to the relevant institution or authority.
